Default WTB: halfshaft (drive axle)

WTB: halfshaft (drive axle).

I need it for a 2003 SLK32 AMG, but I think it's the same halfshaft that's in the crossfires. Does anyone know for sure?

I need one of the newer 1-piece halfshafts that include the spline that goes into the differential, not the older 2-piece halfshafts where the stub axle that goes into the diff unbolts from the rest. I think ALL Crossfire halfshafts are the type I need. The older SLKs are different than the newer SLKs.

Must have good CV joints and good boots. $75 shipped obo

check out car-part.com, several options :
NA / auto
NA / 6 speed
SRT6 / auto

lots of listings for each under 'drive shaft'

( click on 'US Price', then at the bottom of the page it will show you the page that contains the lowest quoted price before the 'CALL for Price' listings )
