The trouble is with the eBay shipping page when the seller is filling in the shipping info, and the results are confusing at times.
The Canada adjusted info looks fine, shipping only to the US and not to Canada or anywhere else.
This is a $200+ OEM item, it comes with a chord that goes under the car to stop it from blowing off. I never saw any info on indoor or outdoor use. I have one but I would not use it outside.
