Glad I pointed this posibility out to you..
I was wondering how I could manage to tie up funds from my bank account over into my pay pal account for 2 or 3 days..
Just damn glad I didn't go ahead and purchase the MAF housing and gasket to go with it today after buying this from you...
limo4161@aol.com
Note from merchant
It turns out this IS a 74mm throttle body. I'm sending you a separate e-mail to explain but I have to issue you a refund on this . . . Sorry for your inconvenience. Happy New Year. Bob Davis

OK, I am easily confused.
Who bought this 74mm TB for $50 ???
MrMiata or GG ?
If you did indeed send it back, I'll gladly offer $50 + shipping for it as a spare to the one I already have, as my 68mm one was destroyed by maxcichon ( with my permission ) in his attempt at dis-assembly.
And BTW RED DOG : I would like to retract any and all of the earlier critical comments I made regarding the luggage. I was simply wrong.

After reviewing the reponses to my listing (both PM and E-mail) I determined by the actual time of their responses that MrMiata was the first in line to purchase the unit. He sent me a $50.00 PayPal payment. THEN he e-mailed me to suggest I check the unit because the part number corresponded to a 74mm throttle body and not the stock 68mm throttle body . . . Now that's being honest!

Is someone still looking for the 68mm throttle body? I have one that I am willing to part with. No......I am not hijacking this thread. I just can't discern whether the need was for the 68 or the 74! Happy New Years to all!

Sparkie, that was uncalled for, and I am not a 'Kiss A**'.
I could really care less if I got that TB, was just making an offer, and I WAS wrong about RED DOG in some of my previous posts.
I can admit a mistake when I make it, if that makes me a KISS A** in your opinion, then so be it.

What critical comments . . . LOL That was forgotten long ago (my wifes tells me I have CRS . . . Can't remember S***) . . . Does this mean you'll be coming to the 1st Annual Fabulous Florida Keys Crossfire Get-To-Gether??

And yes, I am looking at possibly making the 750 mile drive in May ( too early to know the work schedule for next year yet )

I thought your grovelling was hillarious...........
Did you miss the "lol" and the
These days, that is a item in short supply ......
Yes MrMiata, I do want to THANK YOU for your honesty in pointing out that the part number of the unit I advertised corresponded to a 74mm throttle body (not a stock 68mm throttle body). Apparently the previous owner of my SRT6 had already upgraded to the 74mm throttle body. I didn't realize that and bought / installed another 74mm throttle body upgrade to my SRT6 never even looking at / referencing the part number of the throttle body unit that I had removed. Best regards, Bob Davis

Yeah and silly me thought if it wasn't just an electronics swap on it we could possibly re-negotiate a decent "my mistake .. work with me" price that was a little more fair for you and still a good deal for me.
But that's fine.. as tenacious as I am with Ebay and bargains ($35 right front fog light in the spare parts bin) I'll find a non forum member who doesn't have a clue and get a 74mm upgrade, leaving my 68mm as a spare.
I do believe with Corky's performance it's time to let them find another "2nd" prototype, as I'd be bullistic by this time waiting on my car to return. And now I find I have no faith in a 2-3 week turn around for my car.
To maybe clarify... Jan. 20th becomes the 1 year anniversary for DJ's car being a Texas resident... and that really is sticking in my mind. That and the Miata saga where the owner drove his home a year later with the Turbo in the trunk and a "we're sorry, but we were so close" note in his hand.
