FS: SRT6 Engine, 52K miles, avail. in 2-3 wks.
SRT6 engine
Just a heads up for anyone that might be interested, within a couple of weeks I will start the E55 engine swap process. Because of lack of space/funds (Doc you were right, Ouch!) I will need to sell the SRT6 engine. As of now the cars is still fully intact and available to see/drive in the DFW area. Most here know the cars history and is the main reason I’m posting here. I have the service records/ receipts i.e. Mobil1 0-40W always, Mobil Jet II - SC oil change, Iridium plug change, etc. as well as new replacement parts receipts i.e. ft. crank seal replaced @ time of crank pulley mod, new position sensor…….
Many of you may know better than me but some of the Mods include;
Need Wings intake manifolds mod
NW Pulley Saver
LET 182mm crank pulley
Upper pulley machined smaller (Mike)
Probably some secret mods we’re/I’m not aware of.
52,900 miles, no leaks, no smoke. I have put on less than 200 fun miles but can say one thing for sure ~ This Engine Is a Beast!
Will include the exhaust manifolds, wiring harness but will retain the peripherals- A/C/PS pumps, O2 sensors, mounts, etc..
I have a good idea of what the engine is worth with the mods and history being apart as well. Maybe $850 more than this one - SRT6 on eBay >> http://www.ebay.com/itm/2005-CHRYSLER-CROSSFIRE-SRT6-AMG-ENGINE-MOTOR-OEM-51K-/121148656148?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&vxp=mtr&hash=item1c3505ca14 looks stock w/51K mis. I would prefer not to ship but can. Example: I had the E55 shipped 1200 miles/500lbs. for $350, motor frt/residential.
