I see the rivets coming loose when they elongate the holes in the aluminum.
It has a very thin wall using the original OEM sized bearing.

What 180 said, plus: If one of the three flat springs breaks adjacent to an inner rivet it come out like a knife under centrifugal force and cuts thru the rubber $100.00 AMG hose that supplies water to the oil cooler and pumps out your coolant.

The one on eBay went for $526, I guess the guy is happy. LOL
It would be cheaper to machine down a stock pulley than buy this one even at $400.

I have a pulley with a broken dog bone spring. Any ideas where I could get it fixed and machined down?

You can only machine down a stock pulley to about 67 mm from 72 mm. This due to an undercut that you can see inside with the bearing removed. Eurocharged Houston has had my 65 mm since Sept. to send it off for a new dog bone spring.
