KA, please answer a couple of questions which I can't answer:
1. Why do you want to removed the 64 mm steel pulley and sell it?
2. did it cause additional demands for needed parts or tuning?
3. What CAI do you have for sale? Pics of it? Dual CAI or single? Price with shipping?
sim5mons@gmail.com Thanks.

1. Car sold a while back.
https://www.crossfireforum.org/forum...sale-mint.html

2. No, bolt on and go. Tune would increase the power even more however. With the CAI on the car and this Code 3 pulley, I outran many 12.0-12.4 second cars on the street. I never took my SRT to the strip to get a number on it, we just street raced them now and again side by side. I've seen many CAI and code 3 pulley modded cars that run anywhere from 12 flats to 12.4's in the sigs. Judging by how mine ran against cars that had run at the strip, I'd say it was a 12 second car in the cold weather to a 12.4 second car in the high heat. Heat is the killer on these supercharged cars for sure. Anyway, the combo of the two made it a real sleeper that is for sure.

3. Single CAI which makes just as much power as the dual. Ad is located here with pictures.

Definitely interested. The Eurocharged pulley is on my list of kids to get, but this catches my eye. Why did you go with the C3 over the EC?

Did you buy this new? Do they still make these new?

Thanks in advance!

C3 was out first and went thru teething problems just like EC is now. This C3 is the latest of the C3 designs and has proven bulletproof. Also, its steel and will last forever, unlike like the EC which is alum. and wears right out.

I'm not sure if C3 is still in business or not, I don't think they are but I'm not certain.

Not quite true EC makes or made St.Stl and Aluminum pulleys. Nothing lasts forever, the OEM ones will fail at some point and I do not mean the bearing. The springs are subject to flexing and so must fail one day. Some of the new pulleys have split in half as well.
There are records of the OEM ones failing, maybe on the Merc forums.
The weakness of the EC pulley is the so called spring, the last post on a EC spring failure mentioned that no replacement was forthcoming but a new one could be purchased.
If you have fitted one of the new pulleys I hope you have kept your original OEM pulley as you will need it.

I have never heard of a Code3 pulley coming apart or failing yet, other than the old original alum. ones wearing out and slipping the belt, along with the early versions

I have seen plenty of the OEM failures and the EC failures however. The Alum pulleys wear out in only a few thousand miles also. Alum. pulley problems were known about years ago, EC must have forgot the past problems with the alum pulleys.

Anyway, this Code3 is still for sale in like new condition, and it has nothing to do with OEM and EC pulley failures so quit hijacking my post with those already known failures please!

If this add is up its still for sale, and as you can see it is more durable than the OEM or EC pulleys! Plus it will raise your boost level over OEM.

This latest Code3 pulley and the CAI I have for sale is a proven performer and super reliable. Want to pick up about 1 second in the in the 1/4 mile this is how you do it. Make your factory 13.1 SRT-6 into a 12.1 SRT-6 with just these two bolt on items alone!

I did not say anything detrimental about your pulley only that what you had said was a little in error. We like the facts here, that is all.
You should have left it there.
Now you say that the Code 3 pulley is more durable than the OEM ones, that is probably not proven either. More durable than the current crop of pulleys most likely.
There, I have hijacked your thread again, but only for the sake of correctness of content.
Just because you say so it ain't neccessarily so.

I have never seen even one post of Code3's letting go. Not one in any forums, in all the years I've been here.

I see many posts of OEM's and EC's letting go.

But this is not a thread about pulleys wearing out or blowing up in the SRT-6 forum. This pulley happens to be in perfect condition and for sale. The late model Code3 pulley's have a stellar track record.

Go talk about your exploding OEM and EC pulleys in the SRT-6 forum. That would be the correct thing to do! Or do a search if you want to learn about pulleys, don't debate it here in the for sale section.
