This entire thread is a bit misleading IMO...lets look at this....

The thread title is Poll: Vendors must add price
But the actual poll says: All items for sale include price.

This is discussing two different points
I feel that any vendor here should post a price for any item being sold
I feel that any fellow member here does not need to post a price for an item they want to sell.
That is there option right ?

So for those who voted was your response based on a member selling an item or a vendor selling an item

So, no, there is no difference.

 

On this forum a Vendor is a company and a member is a person

Vendors have paid the owners of this website to advertise to sell
Members use this website for free to sell items

They are both entitled to SELL here and nobody has a rule set on how to list any item period !!
Your "Poll" will get responses but no changes will come from it I assure you

Feel free to use the internet to point out definitions but the fact is there "is" a difference here

I'm an admin here and have nearly 10 years here so dont feel you need to try to explain this to me

Why not point that out earlier? Seems like an important point to me.

It would also seem that the poll needs to be rewritten accordingly. I am happy to do so. Please delete it and I'll start again.

That I am a admin with nearly 10 years on this forum or that a seller can be a private seller or a vendor seller

Seems that most anyone over all the years simply knew the difference between a private seller and a Vendor seller

I didn't realize you thought of them the same in my first response to you here
You may have found it this way on other forums
Personally this is the only automotive forum that I participate on daily
Another thread and another poll I'm sure will draw attention and controversy but the way things are sold here for years to come I suspect will not change

 

Who needs more rules?
Maybe we need a poll to determine the answer to that question first.
