In dealing with rock auto, I would suggest making sure the application is correct first by documented email/record (and) finding out BEFORE their 30 day 'drop dead' limit of liability (can't reason any other explanation given the facts)! In the former (even when their website says compatible), your screwed after paying any monies! I got screwed trusting their website search (and listing) on parts needing future installation (yearly maintenance). Their customer service reps refused to adjust after I proved they made (and still continue to list wrong) mistakes. They (CSU) closed my CSU issue without my requested up-channeling to my utter disgust. Someone decided to not bring this issue to the attention to management (regarding the fact I did due diligence and afterwards tried to have it corrected). I got screwed due to a non-flexible defined 30 day time limit, they refused to accept they made a listing mistake OR make an adjustment for the correct part. Last time I checked they STILL wrongly list a number of parts listing mistakes for my Ford, to date. Nuff said!

not the first problem with them, probably not the last (if I can ever buy from them again)! BE CAREFUL!

I have been very happy with Rock Auto, never had a problem, although on some orders you have to pay multiple shipping charges. I guess what I was looking for in their 3M lineup is not available from them yet.

Agree with graphiteghost.

I no longer shop at rockauto because of them sending me the incorrect parts last year and I didn't have a chance to use before outside of return window. I ordered two sets of matching parts and half did not fit even though the part numbers for my car were correct.

Better to pay more for something if it's important and be sure they'll stand behind it.

Thank You!

WRONG, if you were confident about customer service, you would not be standing behind a concrete drop dead date. That's what you told me when you cancelled my request to further up channel my issue. You send out parts that don't fit and if YOUR CUSTOMERS don't catch it soon enough, you say 'whew' got away with another one. Bad for business and I hope word spreads around until it hits YOUR boardroom AND bottom line. The impitus is The Customer Is ALWAYS Right, you are 180 degrees off that and believe The Customer Is Always Wrong If They Don't Catch It Soon Enough. You waste customers time, effort, and energy when they get to tearing down their cars/trucks/vehicles and then they find out you sent out misfitting crap. Years ago, you folks were 100% for the customer, now your in for a quick buck. Shame on your corporate policy and image!
