I made a typo, it is 230 820 01 66. The site I refer to says the part number may be slightly different, but it mentions my number. That number came off of my spares.
You should have got the hint about the typo when the site I refer to uses the 230 ...
number.

I've bought from Rob/NeedsWings multiple times and have always been happy with my purchases. I appreciate having a Crossfire knowledgeable vendor that also supports and participates on the forum.

Thank you for the words from all existing customers that chimed in.

Now with a name to the order, this is from mid September that is now being reported as a shortage, I will buy and ship another lens out today.

Sad how someone complains and then disappears. I'll bet they are ashamed because the other lens was in the package and they found it.

Rob has always helped me, its nice in this day and age to be able to actually talk to the owner of a company and have your questions answered.

Very well said! With the amount of support from the manufacture and aftermarket we are very fortunate to have a vendor such as Needswings I am sure he is not getting rich off of the Crossfire community and am hopeful they continue to support us!

Thanks.
In reviewing your 1st post, it appears you only thought you were going to get only one. Only after it was brought to your attention, did you know that he sends them in pairs. Your beef was that you could get housing/lens complete for a few bucks more(and you'd have to buy two of them I think, right?) You did check the original box that Rob sent you for the other lens; right? Or was it left?

It really doesn't matter at this point. Rob as usual took care of it. He always does. Even though I have been absent for a few years I can tell you he has always gone way beyond anything expected when it comes to customer service. But you have to bring it to his attention before coming on here and complaining lol. Glad to see he is still inventing as well. Matter closed...on to the next problem...lol
