So does anyone run over at Moroso from this board? I know there are some open test days coming up and would like to see if someone could guide me through getting what i need to participate. I'm a newb so im starting from scratch. The most i have ever done is SCCA Solo type runs with private clubs. I know i need a license and stuff for Moroso and have no clue and couldn't find any links.

If you could help i'd appreciate it.

 

Here's a link to the Florida Chapter of NASA, they run Moroso... You can register in HPDE and not need a racing license. Click on the button that says HPDE to learn more about it...

That's awesome! I checked it out and they are going to be at Sebring soon which is right near my parents making it convenient. Its $40 to join the club which is cheap but i can't seem to find anything as how much it cost per event per day? Do you know?

 

Per day (4-5, 20 minute events per day) for the Southern California Division is $150. Go to the NASA FL. website and click on "register for an event", this will show you the prices...

 

Yeah they finally posted prices today and it is $289 for HPDE 1. I guess its not bad for four 25 min track sessions on Sebring Race Track since that is a 3.7 mile track i think with 18 turns. I've been there for a 12 hour race before and it is awesome. Can't wait to get the Xfire out there!

 

Double check that price, that looks like the 2 day (Sat. Sun.) price...

 

Never mind, I just looked at the FL. site... They are more expensive than CA for event registration...

 

Yeah i know the 2 day event is almost $400! Granted i think it would be so worth it.
