Ok then, while I'm on that note, lets talk prep...

oil change, put on my track tires, clean the K&N's, what am I missing?

I put on dust free pads about a year ago and they are feeling weak compared to the stock pads. I am debating putting on the old stockies for the day just because they feel stronger.

 

I can't make this one but I am registered for California Speedway on March 21/22

 

free!!?!?!? are you guys doing your private track day again? any chance you can get me in and i'll give you the money i'll pay to speedventures assuming you guys are having that crazy amount of track time you had last time? ;-)

as far as prep stuff, i'd change to DOT4 brake fluid if you haven't already or if you have, you might want to replace/flush again if you had them for awhile.

i've also changed my tranny fluid when i hit 30K miles.

what else.. hmm... get videos of your runs and lastly if you can get a transponder or get your laps timed it's the ultimate motivation to get better.

 

Doing NASA i see. You just reminded me of my $50 credit i have with them. I'll see if i can still use it.
