Test runs at the track tonight.
I finally got a chance to test the car out with the new E85 conversion and 185 pulley. I made two passes before calling it quits due to running lean up top and not wanting to push my luck. First........the ambient temperature was 87* with a 4742 DA. The car at WOT was running consistant 12.2 AFR all the way up to 5500rpms in each gear and from 5500-redline it was at 14.5-15.0 AFR. I had already cranked up the E85 computer to it's highest fuel setting(10) and the car's ECU has been untouched. Here's all the data from my second(last) pass:
coolant temp: 1 line below half mark
tires: Hoosier DRs with 17psi and 1900rpm launch in 1st gear ESP off
gas: Full tank of E85 with 3 gallons of 91pump
boost: 16.9psi peak
EGT: 1850*
AFR: 12.2 to 5500..........14.5-15.0 5500 to redline
60': 1.833
1/8: 8.130
mph: 86.44
1/4: 12.613
mph: 110.37

I run my hoosiers at 26 psi. I've tried quite a few different settings and have gotten the best results at this pressure. When I ran 16psi my car felt like it was dancing a little towards the top end. I didn't like that feeling at all. Nice time for your track. At least it's a top notch facility.

I tried the 26psi route my first time out and spun like crazy and didn't use the full contact patch of the tires. Next time out I'm gonna drop it down to 15psi and see if I can get some 1.7x 60's out of it. At 17psi the car was still quite stable for me...........but I was only going 110mph.

change2e85 dot com is where I got the E85 conversion kit.
I haven't been able to do a definate calculation of the mileage yet but it seems to be in the 11-12mpg range...........at $3.39/gallon.
