Today I participated in a Solocross event and did OK. My best run was the first. The second heat it was raining a bit when I was on the track so I was careful, and slower. The third heat I was trying too hard and made too many mistakes. In the final standings I had the fastest time for an "american car" and finished 3rd. in my class. My normal starting tire pressures turned out to be too low for this event and they never reached optimum pressure. Each lap was faster than the previous as the tires got some heat in them. The first lap is a warm up lap and the rest are timed. I hope you enjoy the video.

You have a great course there , Iam sure that I can find a lady to " join me for the event" down there. Driving there may pose a bigger challenge though.

I think he means engine audio...

Those barrels could hurt even though they are plastic. Everything here are cones, no biggie if you drive through them.

I ran over the base of one of the barrels at the last event and it jumped into the side of the car. Hit the mirror and bounced down the passenger side. Luckily it all buffed out with no problem. I've seen some nasty damage to a Subaru and MR2. I did win the raffle for the free subscription to the next event. I hope it's just the beginning of my winning ways.
