CTSV & C63 VS crossfire I won.
Re: Ctsv & C63 VS crossfire I won.
what is your latest impression of the K&W's?
for the money they are junk,$2000.00 They advertise them as adjustable yet you have to remove the spring to adjust them what a joke. Being that I'm running the 285 35 19's they dropped the car 21/2 inches and is almost touching the tire, I do not have one finger Clarence. as far as holding the rear of the car from dropping when I launch, they do work there. but i really don't like them,, dropping the car is not what i wanted to do I'm going to make a spacer and raise the rear up at least three quarters of an inch.have not installed the front so far,, but when the rear was installed the front went UP 1", and that is what i wanted. I may have the fronts for sale.
Is your car incapable of doing a good burnout? What's the dealio
I'm running ET streets, they are biased they are not radial, they are slicks with two lines down the middle. In the beginning I did the burnouts got been extremely hot and launched, then one day I had a very short burnout which is what you see, and found they actually grab better. If you look close at that run with the cts you will see that that is an .056 reaction time and a 175 60 foot.if you think the car is incapable of of big turnout take a look at this. jim
this is making a two wheel rear drive crossfire burn out with all 4 wheels.

[Quote=Mimi05SRT6;Great job Jim! I see your power fell off on top having the C63 & CTSV trapping much higher speeds than you. At least you beat them to the line before they had a chance to pass you by. Thanks for sharing...Love it as usual. ]/quote]
Yea, the temperature was 85° the humidity was 97% I guess you could say the power was off a little, but got a few runs of 11.3's,, of course the other cars power was off to, both drivers said they run it the 10's,, but the important thing is I won. jim
