Rudy and I are going to PBIR Friday night the 21st ,,,,,,test and tune
then to county line dragway Sat night,,,,,,, grudge racing and test and tune
then Sunday we are going back to PBIR all day Sunday ,,,,, streetracingmadesafe
then Wed. we are going back to PBIR,,,, test and tune.

 

You tell Rudy, he should have just came by and got the blue car and brought it back finished.....lol. You two have fun. I hope you are doing a certain mod we talked about....Cant wait to see your times

 

On the off chance - where is County Line Dragway ? (Opened PBIR so know where that is).

My wife and I are currently in Miami for a few days thanks to work. PBIR is a pretty good haul from Miami, but I think we're going. We should be there around noon in our rental.

 

Long haul, icky weather, and need to rebuild the seat in the XF before any more trips. CU next time. (BTW there is a drag strip in Bithlo.)

 

Padgett, missed opportunity. Rudy is down there right now, Anthony is there as well. With your engine knowledge, meeting Rudy who has done a lot of experimenting and modding of the XF, and Anthony who is the fastest SRT6 right now, would have been interesting. I think you would have had a meeting of the minds so to speak. And Jim....well, Jim just loves to go fast...

 

I just spoke with Rudy and cofirmed they're on their way up to PBIR.

 

Rudy has my car as my wife is sick and i am not going to be there but there are 3 or 4 crossfires there ,
Anthony from Miami take the turn pike to beeline highway,, after exit turn right going N.west on beeline about 14 miles you will see the track on you right,
going north on I95 exit at bluehern go west to beeline the go 16 miles to the track on the right
look for the J S Benz tents Rudy is there. along with red dog and alex-srt6.

I think the car is in good hands Jim...hope the Mrs. gets better, take care...

 

Here are a couple photos and videos from today. The SRT6 was undefeated in the 3 races I witnessed, one of which a unsuspecting BMW driver was slaughtered when he obliviously asked Rudy to run him from a dig. LMAO What was he thinking?

That is cool. Anthony, this year when I am running in the 1/2 mile event, all my runs will be from a dig...tree starts in fact. They can run with me or do their own thing. I'm racing the clock this time.
