Ok I felt pretty good today because myself and a Porsche had a little fun! I'm not going to go into the details only that he gave ME a High five afterwards! And he never dusted me!
We were always above the speed limit!!!

 

It must be nice to get the opportunity to run with high end cars. Here in Pennsylvania the only chance to test the crossfire is against pick-up trucks. I did get to have some fun with a Dodge Hemi Pick-up on a straight four lane highway. He gave up at 120MPH.

I race Hemi's all the time, out here in Valencia, Ca. All the kids Drive pickup trucks. They think there big bad Hemi V8, will smoke my little V6. They usually get quite supprised to see they didn't have much of a chance to begin with. I can pull away from them all day long. The only challenges, are the WRX's , a few Mustange's, and one SRT-4 that can't drive for SH**.

 

If the srt-4 driver could drive it would be over. :-D

I always get the hemi pick up reving at me, beating a 15 second truck is a waste of time, a srt-10, lightning, syclone, are the only trucks i would bother with. Granted i would probably lose 9 out of 10 times against those guys, but still fun.

 

No kidding, but every young little punk behind the wheel just thinks there so cool in there HEMI.
I think the HEMI is great, for when I throw my Dirt Bikes in the back, and go out to the Track.

The SRT-4, better be faster, it lighter, & turbo charged through the roof now days. But I know someones going to unlock the performance with these Mercedes Motors, and it going to blow people away. So don't count your car out just yet there Bullseye

 

It's already been done the engine mods will cost $3-4000 min. to get your Crossfire in the low 5' s 0-60.

Or you could just buy a SRT6.

 

Dan which mods are you referring to? What I am getting at, are the types of mods that won't require a credit check first.

 

I know I just got the XFire last week, but I still haven't found anyone willing to test me in this area. I pull up to lights and most people look at me like I'm some young punk driving moms car around for the day. Yes I'm young, I'm almost 23 but it's my car! Lets go!!!

Yeah, Well I'm pretty proud of myself buying a crossfire at this young an age without any help, so I just smile and nod.
