Every Friday night a large group of cars of all sorts get together at Biff Buzby's Hamburgers on the North/East side of San Antonio (near the I35/1604 interchange, Live Oak-Universal City area).
There is usually a large turnout starting an hour or two before dark, until midnight or later sometimes. I've seen everything from Bel Aires to 66 Shelby Stangs, Cobra kit Cars, Lambos, 12 Z06 vettes (at once), a lot of Stangs and LS1 Powered GM products, etc. There are usually a few exotics/imports, but mostly american muscle. Last week there was a Twin Turbo V12 Mercedes (forget the model #), but it was SLICK.
Anywho - I go out there quite frequently either in my Mustang or my Wife's Crossfire, just to hang out, and sometimes to eat burgers.
It is a large parking lot with room for plenty of cars, and it usually fills up (100+ cars is not un-common). The tire-smokers and burnout kings usually aren't too bad, so you don't have to worry about gravel flying or an accident. It's a generally older crowd (especially around the classics), with a few relatively younger folks mixed in, and never any drama.
If anyone is interested, I'll probably be out there this Friday - shoot me a PM if anyone plans to attend.
It looks like scattered showers, 60% chance as of right now, for Friday. If it is raining, the crowd is usually small and I don't like bringing either car out anyway. Worst case, there's always next friday!

Shawn,
I will try to make it out Friday night. If it's raining, I will pass and catch you out there another time.

Well, despite the 80% chance of rain today, it was dry from 7 am until now...so I posted up and a few Crossfires made it out!
Bill and his Wife, myself and my wife, and one other crossfire couple with a red roadster showed up.
Apparently there is a Mopar Meet at Biff Buzby's on the First Friday of every month...so plan to be there if you can!
