Default Sold the SRT - New Owner in Houston

Well guys,

Due to my Wife's continuing education, we sadly sold the SRT-6 yesterday. It was tough to let her go.

However, I think we made the right decision for our current situation and should have no trouble getting back into one in approximately 2.5 yrs. Hopefully there are still a few low mileage ones available at that time, and reasonably priced.

With the cost of living increasing, high fuel costs, and the current market situation - I didn't want to get stuck with the car should something happen to my job while my Wife was in school (and unable to work).

The car went to a good home, along side a BMW-5 Series and a Porsche 911 'Whale Tail', amongst others. The new Owner is from Houston and I have referred him to this forum and told him about LET and the several Houston members and their Club that is just forming.

I will still be around the forum as I have every intention of getting another one as soon as the Wife is a Physician Assistant and working. My co-worker also has one, and he uses the forum through me...so I'll be around.

Thanks for all of the help along the way and hopefully I was able to help a few folks as well.

Somewhat signing off (temporarily),

SQ

I'm pretty optimistic and thinking that it should be temporary. I could always chase you guys around in my mustang

Shawn,

Roger always has a vacant seat. Maybe you can ride with him?

If I am in town I may take him up on that...

I figured with her in Midland, most of my weekends will be consumed. We shall see.
