Default Gearstick Moving

Hey everyone, so I'm a new Crossfire SRT6 owner and I've noticed that when I'm in drive the gearstick moves forward a little when I step on it a little bit... It's not a big deal but when I use tiptronic I can't shift it properly because the gearstick jerks a little forward and won't move to the right or left to change gears because it's not aligned when it jerks forward. Any thoughts or solutions?
