Last time I checked there are about 20 or so forum members in the Houston area from the Woodlands down to Pasadena. I live in Spring and would love to get together with a group of fellow Crossfire enthusiasts. A few members in Houston have tried to get something going in the past, but I don't think anything materialized. If anyone is interested, just PM me and we can see if we can get something going here in Houston.

I am in Dallas. Lantana is a suburb 10 miles north of the the DFW airport near Flower Mound/Highland Village.

Hi all y'all.

FatCat here, new to DFW here, transplanted from Orlando, FL.

Had my 2007 roadster on blocks for about 6 months, and it didn't pass the initial State Inspection. Also, the battery was dead so the car had to be jump-started.

Anyone have any suggestions, ideas or facts about what needs to be redone to reset the system?

I've heard everything from "...you need to drive it at least 300 miles..." to "...you need to hit 55 so many times...".

Also, where do you meet for BBQ and when? I might join you...

 

Yep. Who heads up the Houston club? I'd be interested in a drive or two this summer!

 

Please say you're going to do this again next year. Will definitely drive up from H-town for that (then drive over to Joe T. Garcia's)!

 

Joe T's is awesome! I'm sure TMS will become a a semi-annual event. The list for September is already nearly double the attendance we had in May.
