Anyone in the Austin Area willing to meet up before Christmas?
Trying to see if anyone in the Austin area would like to meet up before Christmas to go for a cruise or lunch somewhere in Austin or surrounding area?

I suggested a possible meet on 12 Dec to the Camp Mabry Military Museum. It's free and eas to get to. Let me know what you have in mind and remember, many of us are more than 100 miles outside the loop.

Tommy, kinda short notice for the rest of the troops. Any suggestions on your part where to join up and eat? May be just you and me. I will be coming in on 290. Others, in any, will probably come in on 35. Anyone have a plan?

Bill, Great job as usual. Once a Chief, alway a Chief.
November not over yet, but I'd like to throw out a probe for December. The 12th appears to be a good date if we are going to have one.
I came across this the other day and loks very interesting, and FREE! Camp Mabry is the headquarters for the Texas Nationa Guard and is in the city limits of Austin. Check out this brochure and post your comments please.

Sorry, but as much as we would like to join you for this GTG, it is too long a drive home in the dark, so we will not make this one. We will be in San Antonio between 29th Dec - Jan 2nd but will be in our NEW 2011 Camaro SS and not our Crossfire. Hope Ya'll have a great time. See Ya again.

Tommy, Sorry I have to retract my offer of a 12 Dec 2 car meet. Just too short of notice and there seems to be no other interest in the GTG. Perhap someone will dream up a January meeting.
