Houston Coffee and Cars May 5
Houston Coffee and Cars May 5
Houston Coffee and Cars Saturday May 5, 8-10AM.
Meet at 6:45 (the lots are full after that).
It'ld be nice to get a few cars together. Maybe bring folding chairs and a cooler and hang out then go for a cruise afterwards. (We'll plan the cruise in advance this time ).
I'm hoping the McLaren F1 shows up again. Missed it last time.

Re: Houston Coffee and Cars May 5
Bump for the week before...and for officially being in Houston. Who else is going?
Looks like Brian (TheBeep) and I will be rolling out from the NE side (Beltway 8 and Lake Houston Pkwy), anyone is free to join us, but it will be EARLY.
Beep, you still in for the meetup?
...now I just have to get the car cleaned from the 1700 mile drive, and get the front tires replaced. Looks like I picked up a slow leak on the drive down. Oh well, that's life...

Re: Houston Coffee and Cars May 5
I am going to try and be there at 6:45am, should have my new tires by then, hopefully before then. Looking forward to seeing all of you again. I haven't seen "The Beep" in a looong time. Wish we could get a few more to come as well.
Has anyone heard from "Marine05", would like to see him too.
See you all soon!!!

Re: Houston Coffee and Cars May 5
The way I went last time , we didn't hit 249 until just before vintage park, how about we meet in the HEB right next to Vintage park at 6.45 ish ? We may have to park on the outskirts, but we should get together
Re: Houston Coffee and Cars May 5
Meeting at HEB is ok too, can you get an exact address as there are lots of HEBs around. We could all meet at Vintage Park on the back side, then all drive in to the main area together. I'm good for any way we get there. I will have to leave early as I have a meeting off Post Oak that starts 10:45am. May be able to stay for whole thing if I can get someone else to attend the Post Oak meeting.
Re: Houston Coffee and Cars May 5
There's a big gas station on the NE corner of 249 amd 8. Don't remember the name but I think you can easily get in there from any diirection. Then it's a 5 mile cruise to Vintage Park.
Found a photo of the intersection on google maps (that thing is amazing!) Google Maps
It looks like a Shell and it has entrences on 8 feeder and 249.
It would be an easy place to find everyone.
What do all y'all think?

Dave I'll hook up with you (and hopefully Terry) at the gas station at the corner of Telge and West, then we can meet in the HEB (which is right next to Vintage park) and find some spaces together.
Sound good ?
