I thought I'd put this hotel info seperate so it'd be easier to find. I've been searching for a place for more hours than I care to admit, and this is about the best that I've found.

They are the closest hotel to the Boardwalk that I'd want to stay at based on everything I've found. The rooms are $98.10 per night with either AARP or AAA. I choose this place since it was closest to the place that we were going to end up at for the night. I thought after Cow Licks, provided we make it there in time, we could drive up to the Boardwalk at Daytona for a stroll around. This hotel looked nice in the pics and it's only a couple of blocks from the Boardwalk. Here's a link to some pics of the place.

I made my reservation for 3/15 at the Best westen Mayan Inn. The number is 800.937.8376. make sure to request a 11 am check in. That way you can drop of your luggage before the meeting.
