Seeing what the interest would be to have a GTG at a Runday Sunday at either Bradenton Motorsports Park or Orlando Speedworld. Both tracks are stellar since they both fast tracks and easy to get to from anywhere in the State, except for JAX/Panhandle if we go to BMP. I've never been to either events but I plan on going November 16th to the Runday Sunday @ BMP to see how many cars show up.

Maybe January when the temps will consistently be low? I know it'll be hard since you can't predict weather and since it's FL it can rain on any given day.

Also, maybe by that time people might have gotten some engine goodies from Santa. This goes out to all Xfires. Would be nice to get some Limited's out there that are tuned up.

It would also be good since it would only be a day trip for anyone going and we wouldn't have to have an overnight or take off work

 

If I still have thhe car, and it's in Orlando, I will be there. Maybe I will show anyways, I have an awesiome vid camera to use now.

 

I'll be at Funday Sunday this coming weekend at 10:00 am in Orlando and hopefully the weather is cooler since the last time I went. Need to test out my re-tune.

 

I plan on being there on Sunday, too (and maybe this Friday). Hopefully we can race against each other.

this is my first post! i live in Orlando right near UCF and am glad to hear some local owners......i have yet to purchase my SRT-6 but when my lease is up in three months that is the only car i am willing to purchase....i cant wait! it will be a definite upgrade from my PT cruiser ...i actually joined the forum to learn more about this lovely car and because i always see a guy driving a sapp blue SRT around the Avalon/Waterford area....as soon as im ready for Speed World ill let you know!

well then mimi i see you all over the place driving your lovely SRT. I actually work in Avalon Park.....right near where i saw you.....its the only srt6 i ahve seen on the road in town.

Yes, that be me! And believe it or not, there are two of us SSB SRT's in the area. I live in Avalon Park and I See a blonde gal driving hers and she lives in Stoneybrook. I actually chatted with her one day when I saw her pull into the parking lot at the Waterford Lakes Mall. So where in Avalon Park do you work? Besides driving around all the time, I'm constantly walking around the downtown section since I only live 1/4 mile away from there. I love to frequent the restaurants, especially Briantos!

Sorry, it was from 10-4 Sunday. The traction was out of this world and has been the best I've ever seen anywhere.

Well that 12.8 you had this past Sunday on street tires was very impressive! Gotta love the grilleless wonder! LOL! Welcome to the 12 second club!

 

By the way, I raced with 20 psi in the drag radials and hooked up really well. Didn't think there was a need to drop it down any lower. What PSI are you really fast peeps running?
