We are going to be there on Saturday. I will be posting all the official details as the date gets closer.

 

I will be driving in from ORLANDO if anyone should like to gtg and make the trip.
We could pick a designated spot and travel as a group to the event location.

 

We are coming from Winter Park but we are going to head up really early to set up.

 

The list keeps growing ....... who else is going to come join us?

I will add you to the list. I see that this is your first post. What kind of XF do you have?

 

Do we have a DAY & TIME yet to gtg for the event ?

And a "specific" meeting place would be a great help so no one is left wondering around.

 

Day will be Saturday, October 22nd. Time will be 10:30a at the Bellair Plaza on the 2400-2700 blocks of A1A in Daytona Beach. You will see my yellow roadster near a tent - that will be our spot.

We will have a full day schedule closer to the event.

 

1 week to go are we all ready

 

Ok, is this a Saturday-only thing? I'm thinking of coming down for it, maybe run to Savannah friday night and camp out at Deb's. Then get up early and run down with her, meeting Dan on the way...?

I won't commit right yet, I start the new job the 24th... got some loose ends to tie up and I'm helping my sister move the 20th. I'll give it "we'll see".

 

Just north of the SR434 exit on I-4, there is a rest stop before you get to the Lake Mary Boulevard.

How about if we meet there and leave there at 9:30 am? That will put us into the XF Zone at about 10:30 and, hopefully, early enough for the short line for the individual XF pictures at the Dream Cruise.

 

Time is getting short. Will see all in Daytona soon.

 

This is going to be our good friend Danimal's last hurrah with his XF. We need to help him celebrate his last XF event.

Everyone needs to remember their folding chairs - the only seating is what you bring with you. I am hoping that our new Daytona Beach Dream Cruise banner will be here by this weekend. The banner is coming courtesy of CICCI! I think they are sending goodie bags too.

This year we are going to have a more fixed base than we did last year - this should make it easier to get pics, get snacks, go cruising down A1A (Beach Front Avenue)!

I am super excited to see everyone there .....

Hi Kim, We would love to be at this Daytona event but we will be getting on a cruise ship on Oct 22. We planned our vacation later this year so we could attend the Fontana Dragon. Maybe we can catch this one next time! Sounds like fun!! Have a good one!!

We will also be voting on an "official" name for our FL Crossfire club. I picked up the tent and some chairs today. The weather looks like it will be great. Can't wait for a great day!
