Talking Damm old N boney, need a place to rest - console

Just did the latest - what another one - MOD to the C.

This one might get some traction inside the car for you purests, which Iam not. ITs a car to be driven and taken apart to make better, like in hot rod...

I had a cover made up for the cars center console and thought that others may be interested. I may be able to get this for others at a reasonable price, it they are interested. I have about 1/2" of foam and cover over the plastic Vee on the console lid for the internal BOOT.

5 screws gets it off and on, and it makes driving much easier.. Are you old enough to remember when I was savaged for adding padding to the door and arm rest long ago??????? Well here is another addition that may be of interest if your not too anall about changing the cars look. The feel is great and Id suggest it to ya.

If there is an interest Id get the company to do it for others, I just design and dont get into the money side of things as you know. Enjoy, Woody

Mine if neutral black and the match to the grey did not happen as I planned, but Iam old and dont have much more time here...so black will do as long as I am able to drive the car, will do.WW

Who you calling old? I remember your door bumper.
I still use my gel filled wrist rest made for typing, it's a good foot and a half long and fits the entire length of the console and the benefit is it keeps the cup holder down.

That looks a lot more comfortable than the towel I put on mine.

Yes I had it wrapped in foam and then covered. I was going to do it my self, but passed it off as I do so much that the thought of a change was appealing to me. Woody

Looks very professional. May be interested if top quality material is used, and reasonably priced.

I like the concept. I was just out cruising today, and thought to myself that a padded console would be nice! Your design doesn't look cheesy, either.

I'd`sure be interested as well. Just need a cost. I'd prefer gray over the black.

Suggest that you go to a local shop with your lid and ask them; shipping would be most of the cost Id think, and you all would like to talk to the shop Id guess. I was going to give my shops name but they are slower than I first thought. By local, support the local ..... Woody
