Sticky Key Success!!!
Sticky Key Success!!!
Keys always had a bit of a 'hitch' to them since we bought ours in 2013. This past week took me at least 5 minutes of 'jiggling & sweating' to get it to turn and knew it would stop altogether unless it was fixed soon! Chrysler quote was the usual $1,500 repair and neither Benz nor import dealers will touch. Printed out the Sticky Key Fix pdf(rev5) this morning and went to work, laying on the seat upside down and halfway on the floorboards! Total success! Was so inspired, I replaced a brake light bulb and side marker bulb, too! My husband was SOOOOOOOOOO impressed! Lots of personal satisfaction and lots of money saved for this 60-year-old Grandma!!! We LOVE our 2006 White Roadster...such a classy car!
Re: Sticky Key Success!!!
It was the forum community and inspiration like this that help convince me to buy a Crossfire. I almost never read of someone having an issue where someone else didn't come up with a solution and usually with very detail information for a fix. Congratulations for taking on the job yourself. Well done.
