Top won't go up or down

Top won't go up or down
My top won't go up or down -Here is the background:
When top is released with the D handle, the windows go down and the red light comes on at the top switch on the console.
There are no warning beeps
The wing works perfectly
nothing happens when I activate the top switch, nothing.
I have tried manually raising the top up and down with the car running and still nothing happens
Once I raise the top manually and pull the top straight to engage the D handle, a warning beep starts and will not turn off.
The trunk lid does not lock in place at anytime.
Fluid level is fine
If you can help me, I would appreciate any assistance. Please try to include links if someone had a similar problem that was solved.
Has anyone encountered a problem with the electric trunk lock stuck in the unlock position?
