Help! buying a new uncut key

Anyone buy a key off this guy, Will they work, or do you guys recommend I go to the dealer and spend $250+ to get one cut and programmed?

This is something I have been wondering. I to would like to know if there is any problem buying one of these used keys to use for my car.
