by-pass oil filter, works great!
well I do it on all my trucks because it extends the motor oil life and removes dirt particles and dust from oil, and wear metals like brass from the bearings and valve guides.
the TP absorbes water moister created from combustion, so you keep the formation acids low.
keeps everything in tight tolerance. my 1990 pick up has over 200K miles and oil pressure is 40 psi cold, and 32psi when fully warmed up.
I only change one quart of oil and a TP roll every 5000 miles, the oil stays a dark honey gold color and never goes black.
not sure id dealers like this on a warranteed car, that's why I'm holding off installation on the crossfire.
