Default Dual temp. control ?

I have noticed that the dual temp. (driver/passenger) has very little if any difference in temp. I can turn the a/c on, turn the heat all the way up on drivers side turn the cold all the way down on passenger side and it hot on both sides. It seems as if the passenger side control has very little adjustment if any. Is this normal or should I take it in before warranty is up.

There is a difference between the ac and the heat on mine from drivers side to passenger side but if I switch from heat to ac from drivers side to passenger side it takes about 15 to 20 seconds for the temperature to change 100%.

I must have a problem then, I get no temp change when adjusting the passenger side. I guess it's off to the dealership before I put it up this fall. Thanks for the information.
