Default Axxis Deluxe Plus Brake Pads

I found a place, www.buybrakes.com, which has Rotex brake pads for a lower
price than brakeworld, though lower doesn't always equal available I guess.

I ordered the Rotex MBz part numbers since they didn't have a listing on their site for
the Crossfire. They sent me an email to clarify my order and I let them know the
pads are for a Crossfire. They said no problem, but that they were out of
the front Rotex pads, I had ordered front and rear. The Axxis pads cost a little
more, but they are willing to send the Axxis pads for the same price as the Rotex.

Looking up Axxis Delux Plus on google, I see that they are performance pads
and popular on BWM's. The few places I looked, no one seemed to be negative.

Anyone on this forum have any experience with Axxis pads on the Crossfire
or other cars?

~ not recommend.

i originally purchased the axxis "so-called" dust free pads and returned them after a week of use. they were just as dusty as the stock pads... i'd go with the rotex... proven goods.

Default Re: Axxis Deluxe Plus Brake Pads

I bought the Axxis Deluxe pads and they are great, dust is an item of the past.

I when I sent your comment to buybrakes.com, they stated that the pads are low dust and said you must have not tried the Axxis Deluxe.

1,000 miles on the pads, freeway, stop-and-go, mountain twists, the dust is basically not there and the pads stop real nice.

buybrakes.com has a lower price on Rotex than brakeworld, but I didn't wait for them to get the Rotex in stock and used the Axxis Deluxe instead. Great service and communication.
