Problem In Acceleration

I'm an italian crossfire owners. I've a problem. My xfire had a vibration when i accelerate near 1,800/2,000 RPM. It's normal?
How can i control autostick oil level. I think this is the problem. Help me please and excuse me for bad english.

It is NOT normal to have a vibration...and your transmission fluid will need to be checked by the dealer or a good mechanic. I have misplaced the part number for the dipstick that can be used to check the fluid level but will continue to look.
