When i'm circulating the air the light on the left is on, but what is the light on the lower right show or when is it on?

 

I think that you are talking about the three vertically stacked switches above the radio.

If so, when the red light is on that means the function is engaged;

Top one is Rear Window Defroster.

Middle one is to engage A/C compressor.

Bottom one is to turn on/off air re-circulation; when the red light is on, that means that you are NOT taking in fresh air - you are re-circulating the cabins air.

After you turn the switch off, push the button, and it will continue to circulate air for a while. It works great for a quick trip into the store for something and not having to come back to a hot/cold car.
