I assume it's all a bunch of garbage, but who knows? Maybe not as refined as an ECU reflash, but they talk a good talk.

Any one a bit more technically adept than me care to comment?

I think somebody else posted something like this a long time ago.
I like this feature...
Fully adjustable for either Horsepower or Gas Mileage via ****.

AWESOME!!! - a volume control on the cars performance!!!
