Default Single or double filter intake?

Hello, I was looking at two different intakes for sale for my 2004 Coupe. One has one filter, one has two. Is the two-filter intake that much better? I am really excited to start modding this car. Thanks.

i hate to do it, because i hate when people do it to me. search for cold air intake, and you'll find two power producing single intakes, and several duel setups with much discussion. i personally believe you can feed enough air to the motor from one filter. my 95 LT1 T/A only used one and produced more power.

for the record, i am still using my stock filter setup so i have no experience other than what i've picked up reading this forum.

I tried both and feel the same amount of passing power. Neither one felt stronger than the other, even though people who spent $300 or more will tell me different. I only spent about $150 for the pieces. So I guess mine, even though it isn't much different, will be shot down as no-good by someone Hating on me.

I have a pic' of it in my gallery. I just like the way the dual looks.
