Default Flashing low fuel light and check engine light

This is the second time for me. First time, I took it in and after running their diagnostics the dealer said they would replace the "fuel sender" or something like that. After a couple months of no flashing lights, it happened again and now they are replacing the Purge Solenoid. I know there are others out there with similar issues and have tried things like replacing the fuel cap, etc. What did it take to resolve the issue and how long have you gone without the low fuel light coming on?

Anybody get this resolved yet? Just started this week on my SRT. I ordered a new gas cap. Will install as a $25 potential cheap fix before I bring to the dealer. No check engine light, and no codes thrown, just the flashing fuel light. Of course, the usual, only happens between 20% and 80% full tank, and only after driving, then sitting at a stop light. There also might be a connection between a hard acceleration just prior to sitting at the stop light, I'll check that on tomorrow's commute.

interesting, the code sat in the pending OBDII, then went away, that means the car had subsequent tests that passed after I reseated the gas cap. So, new gas cap shold solve issue.

I had all three parts that were mentioned replaced on my car under its extended warranty. I have not seen either light come on and have had the repairs for 6 months. When I asked the guy at the dealership about the casue, he mentioned that it can occur from overfilling the gas tank. Meaning not stopping after the "click" at the pump. I used to fill it just a little more after th click and then the problem started happening. I have not filled it up after th clcik again, and no problems.
