This is awesome! I love watching threads like this. It makes me wish I was more of a do-it-yourself-er.
You never know, Chuck. After you're done, maybe you could sell your design and plans to someone like NeedsWings or TVT Designs, and they could make kits to sell to all these other interested Crossfire owners.

Re: The official eaton superchrger thread.
In-laws are on their way home and I now have two solid weeks without any other obligations to finish the prototype. I have a company willing to work with me on a small scale and could have a product within as little as 30 days. If anyone is seriously interested pm me so I can get an idea of what the demand would be. Hope everyone had a fun holiday.
Re: The official eaton superchrger thread.
All this is just theoretical pondering until I see results and no cels.
I don't have an exact quote because I need to see what kind of real world build time is involved. All intakes will have to be built on an actual engine. Its the best way to insure port alignment.
I have an August 1st deadline. By then I should have enough information to either start production or go back to my regular life. If I decide there is not enough interest I will make sure I post enough information for DIY.

Re: The official eaton superchrger thread.
no one will be interested until they see it completed on your car, with a real dyno.
If this works, I think it will be way cheaper than TVT's 250 hp upgrade. I don't see why it wouldn't work, since the German tuners where using nothing but an FMU for the fuel, and I doubt they tuned the ecu's timing, as several guys on MBworld have done a homebrew low boost project succesfully already.

Found a nice FMU from Aeromotive, it's designed for a returnless fuel system like on our car's

Re: The official eaton superchrger thread.
I'm trying to find the ops manual for it, on the net. guess I'll have to just order one to see how it works.
I'm more interested in using large srt6 injectors on the crossfire, and just compensate by lowering the fuel pressure, instead of over pressurizing the smaller injectors more than neccessay.

Have you finished the manifolds yet? I need a set soon.
Found an installation manual for installing a vortech on the 350Z, good info here, they are using the split second timing box

OK guys, heres the update. I have a machine shop starting production on the flanges Monday. I'm having them waterjetted out of .5 inch aluminum. I have ordered enough to make ten intakes including mine. If I don't hit any brick walls I should meet my August 1st deadline.
