Default Turbo Crossfire

First of all the lack of aftermarket support for our car is fustrating to say the least. ANywya with that said I have made a final decision on what I am going to do with my car. I was back and forth with trying to find a srt engine, No2 and just basic bolt ons but i think the Rear mount turbo is my best bet. I just bought a used t70 from a friend. So it not just talk anymore I am in the mix I have a friend of mine in a shop who can help me fab up the piping. I am goign to do a electic oil pump with a dedicated resivor. For tuning I am going to run the AEM FIC I have a guy here who can seat tune it for me. It wont be perfect but it will be better than nothing. So besides that it is a pretty simple setup. IC, BOV and a forgot which wastegate I had on this manifold. I ill uprgrade the injectors and thats about it. I will also be sellign my barley used borla exhaust so if anyone has any offer I am listening

A clean reliable turbo set up for the M112 engine is still in development, and will be marketed to Mercedes owners mostly slk32 and C-class.
Sit tight, I would wait atleast a year before jumping in head first on a homebrew kit, as there is stuff slowly coming out for us.

I am shooting for mid august to be done. I am not going to wait for a kit because we all know if the kit costs 1500 to make they will retail to for regular cars for 3-4k and if that car is a mb it will be 6-8 for the same exact thing. A few years ago just for fun we turbochargered an Old BMW with misc. parts we had in the shop. It can b done just nobody wants to take the chance

If you can find them, put the links up

I only know of one and from what I read they had ECU issues. LET is working on one right now from a C32 donor engine. That's probably the best way to go since it already has the upgraded internals to handle boost

It never ceases to amoaze me when someone posts info about a project how many people have to come in and rain on the parade. Don't you people have anything better to do than beat up on some guy that is modding his car?

Sodamhot: best of luck to you with your project. I hope you succeed and make the nay-sayers eat crow.

looks like it's still evolving, you can try sts, as they have a running set up right now but it hangs near the rear muffler.

I'm still waiting for Chuck Norris SC manifolds myself.

I just need some clarification... There seems to be some misguided owners as to the origin of the Crossfire.
Which MB is the NA based on?
Which is the SRT-6 based on?

Sodamhot: This kit is similar to an STS, right? I really hope that you make this sucker work! I sincerely hope you succeed, the thought of a turbo XF is freakin' stunning!

Again, I hope everything works. If it does, hell, I'll do it.
