The display on my radio seems to 'freeze' when it is tuned to certain stations....does anyone know how to fix this?

Example: when I turn the radio to 1055 The Vulcan, the radio diplsays

1055THEVULCAN_COM (that is normal, I know)

but when it displays the song, no matter what is playing it always displays the following:

Last Resort Papa Roach


Again it displays the same song name and artist, no matter what is playing on that station...does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks in advance!!

 

Try disco the battery. You may loose you programmed stations but its worth a shot. Im not sure but im guessing the names of the songs come from the radio station itself. check and see if its doing that on another car on the same station.
