Chilled My Ride for $4.95
Quick and easy way to get some extra air flow to your radiator during these hot summer days by re-mounting both horns from behind the grill and out of the air flow path.
Material you will need (about $4.95)
2 wires for new harness (18 Gauge will work - I used red and Black)
2 Female Spade Connectors
2 Male Spade Connectors
Tie-Wraps
Black Electrical Tape
Self-Tapping Bolt
Make a three foot harness with crimp type male spade connectors on one end and female spade connectors on the other. Wrap wires in tape.
Locate pre-existing mounting hole for passenger side horn. (smaller hole shown with screwdriver)
Connect the new wiring harness to passenger side horn. (easier to do it now) and re-attach the factory mounting bracket.
Bolt the passenger side horn in place and route the new harness connecting the spade connectors to the factory wiring harness. I used the tie-wrap anchor that was on the hood latch support and re-mounted it in the existing hole by the PS line to help secure the new harness.
Connect remaining factory harness connectors to the driver side horn and mount into place using the clamp bolt for the PS line and secure excess harness out of the way with tie-wraps.
A quick, simple and inexpensive way to help you get some added airflow to the radiator with out drilling holes, making new brackets or modifying the factory harness.

Re: Chilled My Ride for $4.95
Brian, that should work even better for me since I cut out the deflectors on the grill to let the air flow straight in. Thanks for another little bit of air to cool things with. I have the Johnson pump now and ordered the 28oz surge tank from JEGS to seperate the IC cooler from the radiator. Next will be some extra cooling coils to add in series with the HE going back to the IC. I think that will be my final IC cooling configuration. At least for now.

Here is what it looks like with the grill deflectors removed. Now all I have to do is add the extra cooling coil in the IC line in front of the radiator and get all that nice cool air.

Otherwise it seems like a good idea.
