Default dash/console lights

so I did a search and apparently at least 1 person has replaced the dash lights with another color. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but it's just a bunch of LED's right? So theoretically if I wanted to, I could change all of the green lights to blue by putting different LED's in?

if so, what kind of LED's would I need, how many, etc...

I remember reading a thread about this a while back and the main problem seemed to be that many of the lamps are integrated into the switches and accessories and are not replacable.

Good luck.

Is another thread really necessary? What about the info we gave you on this one? https://www.crossfireforum.org/forum...ad.php?t=32650

actually this one was for the dash, and those were for the console buttons, which as it turn out are different. Dash just has a film behind it with white lights lighting it, buttons have LED's.

One would assume that if you were going to change the lights, you would change them all and not have some green and the rest some other color.

BTW, the coloring of the lighting in the instrument cluster is with the actual overlay with all the markings on it and it is not a film you can just peal off and change.
