Front license plate holder

Default Front license plate holder
How do you install the front license plate holder I need to put it on in
my state but I don't see how to do it

It should center its self in the middle of the front bumper.Its held on by two screws in the middle of holder.Might have to pre drill holes.

Default License Plate
Thats right self centers then pre drill and screw, did it myself. Maryland requires front plate.
