Default The Power of the Internet

When I picked up my car in July I noticed that the radio was flawed. I posed a question on this forum and 7 months later, after extensive feedback, the DC Corp. has made a most respectable decision.
I have carefully followed the forum generated advice from oil changes to wind noise, from car care to to hatc rattles, to mistakes in the manual.
I took my fantastic car in this week for the early oil change. I copied each of the pertinent suggestions and TBAs and took them with me. I picked up the car last night and am absolutely thrilled with the results. The radio is perfect, the wind noise is gone, the rear hatch rattle is nonexistent, and the motor is humming. They even compounded all of the swirls from the black exterior and it shines like a mirror. I have never gotten better care or interest from any dealer from BMW,Lexus,or Infiniti. My thanks to all of you for educating me, and my thanks to a dealership that pays attention and loves the car as much as I do. This car is awesome to look at and great to drive! Keep the info coming.

I don't believe there is one. All that needs to be done is to adjust the stops on each side of the lower hatch. Take a look at it, you can adjust it yourself if you want.

mine rattled. i heard it as a low-pitch "bumping" with the spoiler deployed. was sure it was the spoiler. the tech figured it out in about a minute and, as reported, just adjusted the hatch stops. perfect.
