Default housing under the MAF

i saw on some thread here that other people has to the housing under the MAF. so i thought i would give it a try and see how the engine feels after this easy mod. it took about 10 minutes to dremel out the two fins then wash, but now i am thinking about replacing the
MAF house with a bigger one.

has anyone changed there stock MAF (112 094 00 48) to (113 094 0048)?
is so how did your engine feel after the change?

The MAF housing is not the problem.
Do a search on here for larger throttle bodies - TVT also do them.
Plenty of people have them and I don't think anybody has a bad word to say against it.

If you swap the MAF you need to keep your original snesor. We've got a bunch of V8 MAFs for 110.00 if you need one.

so the v8 maf is just a larger housing, not a re-calibrated sensor?

The V8 MAF is both a larger housing and a recalibrated sensor
