I haven't refueled yet since the chipping. But, looking at the mileage on this tank (right now 206) and were the gauge is (just below half). I will be very surprised if my fuel mileage hasn't gotten better.

I get to check out my new chip in an autocross this Sunday!!! I can't wait to see what it does now. I found out that there are 2 SCCA sanctioned autocross series in Virginia Beach this summer. I'm going to do both.

Since you have been driving it for a few days now have you adapted to the new power? and how do you like it? Can you notice an increase in big performance? plus did you finish that tank of gas yet and get a MPG ratio?

I still cant wait to get mine done!!! Im so excited.... I just cant hide it... I know I know... Ick... sorry .... I'm heading to put on my Streetglow lights + new CD Reciever this weekend... probably new sony color screen... or the 6.5 LCD Alpine...

Plus WM what class do you race in? arent there like decked out performance part cars in the SCCA ? or are you in a more stocked car series? cuz I'm extremely proud that someone uses the Xfire in it and I've told everyone I know lol

BobaFettm.... First off... I'll be gasing up tomorrow morning so I'll have some fuel mileage numbers then. I think the numbers are going to be good.

As for noticing the extra power and getting use to it... The getting use to part was super easy .... And yes the power is noticeable and very much enjoyed. Dave Burns should be grinning from ear to ear about now. He was getting his done at 4:00 today.

Now for the autocross part.... The Crossfire is in DS (D Stock) for now. I'm sure the SCCA will be changing it to CS at a minimum this year. As far as I know, I'm the only one in the country that has an autocross time in the SCCA books. My times are more consistant with C Stock and B Stock than DS. And now with the chip I think I will be a firm B Stock car. But if they want to leave me in DS that's fine with me (money and a trophy).

Do a web search for Sports car and/or Corvette Clubs in your area (closest large town) and I'm quite sure you will find that they are running SCCA sanctioned events.
