Send me $50 and I'll mail you a magic paperclip that will more than double that power output...... oh ya, it'll also give you 100 MPG!!!!!!

The NOS sticker is free...... it's worth at least 25 horses alone.

Snake Oil. With the increasing demands on car manufacturers to increase fuel economy, they would make millions by selling these to the manufacturers if they really worked. So instead they sell them to unsuspecting suckers.

I'd make him include a rubber band with that paper clip.

You just love seeing these posts don't you!

How the heck did I not meet you this weekend? Must have been wearing the crossfire camouflage. LOL I guess we'll have to wait to shake hands at the next event. Look me up, I'm the big roley poley guy so you won't be able to miss me.

We met..... you were just too busy telling me how to park and ripping apart other people's cars!

I actually had a busy weekend with the cruise, family medical issues, and work.

I'm sure the rubber band will stretch my gas mileage.

That was you? Why didn't you say something? LOL Yeah, I was doing gryfan's roadster in the rain when you pulled up. Sorry to have been playing traffic cop, just didn't want you pulling in far enough that I could end up denting your beautiful car while I had gryfan's doors open. LOL

Haha, no, more like a running joke from a forum that I was previously a member of. Before I upgraded my level of vehicular refinement and purchased the wonder we know as the Crossfire, several years ago I was the owner of a 98 Firebird and a very active member on www.fbody.com. That was back when the Turbonator was in it's "prime," if it ever had one. Pretty funny stuff, teeny-boppers would swear that it worked and argue to death about it. Funny stuff. I had forgotten all about it until your post about the performance chip. The performance chip for F-bodies was a huge joke/myth, as well.

It's funny that you brought this up - I was watching a show on the Speed channel called Gearz, and he started promoting a product just like the Turbonator...said how it was a great way to increase performance for little money ($30).

I changed the channel...
