H&R Sport Springs or Eibach
The time has come for me to make a decision here. I've read positive posts on both of these spring sets. I am looking for springs that will not make the ride unbearably stiff, will improve road handling, and improve the appearance of the large wheel gap.
What I have read is that the Eibachs are a bit stiffer than the H&R.
However, I have also read that the Eibachs also have a more even stance rather than the rear being higher than the front, graded look that exists on the stock suspension. Visually I think this would be preferable.
On the Tire Rack website, it says that the Eibachs "require the rear bump-stops to be trimmed by 20 mm".
Can anybody confirm these three points? I am leaning toward the H&R at this point. I'd rather not deal with a significantly stiffer ride and trimming the rear bump stops.
Also, it would be helpful to know what camber kits people are using. I am assuming fellow Crossfire owners are doing camber plus alignments.
Thanks a lot!
Steve

my vote is H&R and then fine tune the front to rear bias with different spring pads. the camber kits are the Benz camber bolts in front, and the KMAC eccentric bushings in the rear. i believe there are also adjustable camber bars available for the rear. another cheaper option for you is to go to the SRT-6 springs.
