You could try and disable the pump for door locks and see what happens.
If that works, you could install a bypass switch for said pump.
I am just not sure if the alarm will activate without the locks in the locked position.

Edit;

After looking at the schematics, it looks like this would not work. The pump and the alarm module appear to be one unit.
Perhaps someone knows more.
