Eurocharged cable with ScanXL software?
I don't see why I wouldn't be able to use their cable (OBD to USB) with my ScanXL software, but I can't seem to get it to work. Has anyone else used the cable for anything other than installing a tune?
Here's the error I keep getting when trying to connect my car through the software:
"[14:37:28.955] Checking COM2...
[14:37:30.120] ELM interface not found on COM2!
[14:37:30.120] Failed to open OBD-II connection! Error 109: OBD-II interface not found."
I know the cable is connected since it appears in DeviceManager. Also, the red light is illuminated on the cable, so I know it's getting power.
Any thoughts?
I did see a thread regarding the cable being a Galletto and possibly not being useful for anything other than flashing, but it's an old thread and things change.
